Food safety demands all actors in the food chain to follow given requirements. Requirements for safe products that everyone can feel comfortable with. But for this to become a matter of course, it requires management, systematics, documentation and well-trained employees.
At the food courses, we cover the entire diet pyramid starting from the basic hygiene courses regarding vitamin-rich inspiration seminars to the CQI-IRCA-registered Lead Auditor courses at the very top.
The courses are based on a thorough knowledge of the standards, which we in some cases, through a lot of practical experience from audits in both Denmark and abroad, have helped to develop ourselves. And the good news is that we are actually quite good at food security in Denmark.
