Amendment of statutory order about road transport of dangerous goods

 

An amendment has been issued to our national statutory order about road transport of dangerous goods (statutory order no. 828) – amendment order about amendment of statutory order about road transport of dangerous goods no. 1083 of 31 May 2021.

Relatively few amendments were made in the current order e.g.:

• Amendment of foot note and introduction in continuation of the implementation of statutory order amendment
• ’European’ is removed as a result of the amendment in the ADR convention 2021 which no longer uses the word ’European’
• Elaboration of respective competent authorities and responsibilities

The amendment order is the fourth amendment of the current order. Prior to BEK 1083, you find BEK 1626, BEK 625 and BEK 699. Below you find the latest statutory order no. 1083.
