Gibotech A/S has been certified according to ISO 9001:2015

In January 2021, Gibotech A/S was certified by Bureau Veritas Certification according to the ISO 9001:2015 quality management standard.

In recent years, Gibotech A/S has focused on optimising and streamlining its activities. As a natural part of this process, Gibotech A/S decided to make and implement a quality management system, which was certified by Bureau Veritas Certification in January 2021.

- It has been our sincere wish for a long time to be ISO 9001 certified but the strong growth of our company forced us to postpone it several times. Therefore, we are very pleased that we were certified according to ISO 9001:2015 in January, says Henrik Anker, CEO at Gibotech A/S.

ISO 9001:2015 has many benefits

Already during the implementation of the quality management system, the company started reaping the benefits as unclear processes surfaced and were handled and described. Among the many benefits, Gibotech A/S mentions clear definitions of procedures and tasks as well as the reduction of errors.

As a part of the quality management system, the company has implemented registration of non-conformities which means that for instance diverging components or errors in requirements specifications are detected and minimised. Thus, the customer receives a system corresponding to his specifications and the best possible service.

ISO 9001:2015 is a milestone for Gibotech A/S

Gibotech A/S increasingly works with tenders and large projects – not least abroad. The ISO 9001 standard is acknowledged, and large international customers already require that the company is ISO 9001 certified. Therefore, the ISO 9001 certification is a milestone for Gibotech A/S.

- We are happy to have carried out the external audit where the system’s suitability and implementation in the company was tested. The audit went very well, and all employees showed a high engagement. Furthermore, the audit also showed that the system is already implemented well and efficiently in Gibotech, concludes Henrik Anker, CEO, Gibotech A/S.
