Kolding Kommune chose to have its team of auditors trained at a customised course from Bureau Veritas
When Kolding Kommune wanted to train their team of auditors, they had no doubt that company adjusted training was the best solution. In this way we had the chance of customising the content and shape of the course ourselves tells Sabine Brix Mølgaard, HR Consultant within occupational health at Kolding Kommune.
Thus, Kolding Kommune’s team joined a 2-day course as Internal Auditors in Occupational Health, and the company itself customised the content and ways to meet. The company adjusted training was held as remote training due to COVID-19.
”It was perfect that we could carry out the training even though it was not possible to meet physically. As people are getting used to be online, and as it is uncertain when we can meet physically at courses again, we decided that it might as well be carried out virtually/remotely” tells Sabine Brix Mølgaard.
Company adjusted training gives a common basis
The Internal Auditor Occupational Health training at Kolding Kommune was thus customised the client’s requirements. The instructors were able to meet the demands of experienced as well as less experienced persons regarding audits and occupational health, says Sabine Brix Mølgaard.
”The two instructors were qualified and committed, and they were able to meet our requirements and design the content according to our demands” explains Sabine Brix Mølgaard. She is pleased with the instructors’ understanding of Kolding Kommune, and their work procedures.
The customised training has thus given the team of auditors at Kolding Kommune a common understanding of the company’s occupational health system and the work with occupational health as well as a common basis of the company’s future internal audits within occupational health issues.
