Training and network clients | COVID-19

At Bureau Veritas, we provide training at our location in Fredericia and in meeting and conference rooms outside our location. Network meetings are either held at Bureau Veritas in Fredericia or at the location of one of the network members.

When we arrange training and network meetings, we organise the following to increase safety and reduce the risk of Covid-19 transmissions:

• Increased cleaning of surfaces touched by several.
• Access to disinfectants.
• Focus on the number of participants in connection with training and network meetings.
• Suitable distances between tables and chairs.
• Each participant receives one bottle of water which follows him/her all day (training and meetings at our location in Fredericia).
• If we change the meeting (to be held e.g. online), you will be informed.
• Participants are offered face masks, which they are free to use.
   

Furthermore, we recommend the participants to

• use our dispensers with disinfectants
• keep the distance required by the health authorities, avoid handshakes and the like
• respect procedures communicated at the beginning of the day in connection with breaks including lunch.

We also

• request that participants with symptoms contact our training department
• reserve the right to reject participants with symptoms.
