Supplier Management & Auditing
An intensive 2‑day course on how to plan, conduct, and follow up on supplier audits
Why is a course in supplier management & Auditing important?
Supplier management has become a critical discipline for companies that need to comply with the requirements of current ISO standards and new EU directives. As an increasing part of the value chain is handled by external suppliers, a company’s risks, reputation, and legal compliance become highly dependent on how suppliers operate in practice.
Supplier management is about identifying, assessing, and controlling risks in your supply chain and ensuring that suppliers meet the requirements defined by your company.
In collaboration with experienced supplier auditors, we offer a practice‑oriented course that equips you to carry out supplier audits. As a bonus, an online follow‑up day is included after the course, where—once you have tested your new supplier management knowledge in practice—you will meet with the other participants to exchange experiences.
The online follow‑up day is scheduled on the following dates:
- May 8, 2026 for the course held on March 11–12, 2026
- August 28, 2026 for the course held on June 3-4, 2026
- November 6, 2026 for the course held on September 1–2, 2026
- December 14, 2026 for the course held on November 4–5, 2026

What will you be able to do after completing a course in Supplier Management & Auditing?
Many supplier management courses provide a general introduction to concepts such as supplier selection, collaboration, and contract management. However, this course takes it a step further and focuses on practical application, enabling you to actively use your new competencies afterwards.
This means:
- You learn how to work with suppliers using a risk‑based approach
You learn how to carry out supplier risk assessments, prioritise critical suppliers, and link supplier management to the company’s overall risk management. - You gain practical methods for conducting supplier audits
You will be equipped to plan, carry out, and follow up on supplier audits yourself — not as a theoretical exercise, but as a practical tool for improvement and dialogue. - You work with real supplier requirements
The course is based on real requirements for suppliers within quality, environment, occupational health and safety, CSR, information security, and new EU regulations. - You understand the connection between supplier management and ISO standards
Supplier management is connected to the requirements of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and ISO 27001, ensuring that your systems work together seamlessly rather than in parallel. - You receive support and learning after the course
The focus is on making supplier management an active part of the company’s overall risk management — not just an annual exercise. The included online follow‑up day gives you the opportunity to return with your own experiences, challenges, and questions.
