Food safety places demands on all actors in the food chain. Demands for safe products that everyone can feel safe with, but for this to become a given, it requires management, a systematic approach, documentation and well-trained employees.
In our food courses, we cover the entire food pyramid from the basic hygiene courses regarding vitamin-rich inspiration seminars to CQI-IRCA-registered Lead Auditor courses at the very top.
The courses are based on a thorough knowledge of the standards which in some cases, through a lot of practical experience from audits in both Denmark and abroad, we have helped to develop ourselves. And the good news is that we are actually quite good at food safety in Denmark.
